happy just to dig

The rock star waves eluded me (unlike everyone else) but whatever - I'm supposed to be bummed or something but it was so nice being out with the usual suspects and welcome visitors, so why be bummed? Both this morning and this evening, I was happy just to dig.

So it's off to upstate NY (just Kingston) to visit old friends for the weekend, and the Danielle swell should start showing around these parts on Sunday afternoon. Ummmm, so if I leave Kingston no later than 10:30 am on Sunday...

Nikon Action touch - the poor man's Nikonos

Poor man, yes that would be me! Recent pictures with the Nikon L35aw Action Touch. It's as heavy as a brick but it's a pretty reliable shooter, and it's built like a tank. Gotta love those old Nikons. These are a lot of camera for not a lot of money - ebay shipped for under $30.

Oh and April was destroying it in chest high thumpers.
